🥨🍻OKTOBERFEST 2026 🍻🥨

It’s nearly time!

There are still a handful of tickets available on Eventbrite for Friday Evening 6pm - 11pm and Saturday Afternoon 12 - 5.30pm

Saturday Evening is sold out

If we still have tickets by the time Friday rolls around they will be available on the door but that can’t be guaranteed 🍻

Non-ticketed sessions are Friday 2pm - 5pm and Sunday all day but there will be no admission outside of those hours for non-ticket holders (we expect some fest b**rs to be sold out by Sunday) 🥨

Marie Ellis who are always a massive hit at the Taproom will be performing Friday evening and Saturday afternoon and THE HONKUS ROMPUS will be joining us on Saturday evening

Chef Oli has produced an amazing Bavarian inspired Oktoberfest The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co menu for us, he’s been busy in the kitchen preparing the sauces all week swipe ➡️ to see the menu

The Oktoberfest menu will start Thursday evening this week and run all weekend, the Fest Beers will only be available from 2pm on Friday

We think the b**r list is even more epic than last year with 10 imported b**rs for you to try plus Datum b**rs and The Belgian Brewer b**rs too

Thursday normal opening, Oktoberfest Menu, 5-10pm
Friday 2pm - 5pm non ticket holders and 6pm - 11pm ticket holders only
Saturday - ticket holders all day and evening
Sunday noon - 8pm no tickets required Oktoberfest Menu all day

🍻🔥🍴 WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK 🍴🔥🍻

Open from Thursday this week with some delightful new menu additions including…

The Bhaji Smuggler sandwich, a new burger… cheese, bacon & bacon jam 🤤 Lasagna bites (yes we’ve made lasagna, we are cutting it up, breading it and then frying it), a hand made sausage roll and a sweet & sour crispy chicken fries - all certified yummy

On Sunday we will be doing roasts and sides all day, the menu will be dropping on that very soon ☺️

AIRSPACE our new 4.2% nitro stout has been very well received and we are looking forward to anyone who hasn’t tried it, popping in this weekend to give it a try!

We’ve got lots and lots of exciting things coming up such as our first Datum Wing Fest, some French Toast brunches AND we are bringing back an all new THAI FOOD THURSDAY, all will be revealed once we get Oktoberfest smashed next week

On that there are very, very few tickets left for Oktoberfest so if you are joining us please make sure you grab tickets in the next few days because it will sell out!

🍻🔥❤️ AIRSPACE LAUNCH ❤️🔥🍻

Our new Essex Nitro Stout, Airspace, is ready and will be hitting the tap wall on Friday evening, rich, dark, creamy and a little bit roasty all for a sessionable 4.2%

Paul C • Close-Up Magician is back on Friday evening from 7pm working his close up magic around the Taproom - no entry fee, just grab a table and enjoy the evening!

The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co menu for this week is now available ➡️ new additions for this week are Salt & Pepper Squid, Whitebait, a new version of our home made giant hash brown, crispy chilli chicken, an epic Ham, Egg & Chip butty and the Big Dat burger 😍

We are rounding off the week with saddle of pork roast dinners on Sunday with apple crumble for pudding (if you can fit it in) - pre-orders are open for roast platters - free pint with each roast ordered 🍻

Please pop-in and support us on Sunday if you can, as a lot of you already know, large food & drink events at the Prom can make for a difficult day’s trading for us ❤️

Paul C is back this Friday 25th September for close up magic in the Taproom

From 7pm Paul will be wandering around the Taproom and amazing you with his close up magic

Everyone who joined us last month had a great night and left absolutely mesmerised by Paul

We are really excited to get Paul C • Close-Up Magician back!

🔥NEW MENU DAY!🔥

It’s a new menu day The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co Oli has been in the kitchen since 8am getting all the sauces made, bread baked, cookies made, etc etc

We are excited to bring you all some new dishes and keeping a couple of favourites!

On the Tap Wall - also some new b**rs… a great raspberry pale by Glasshouse, three new Gravity Well Brewing Company kegs queuing for tap alongside a Stoopid smoothie sour in the coldroom too!

Open from 2pm for b**rs Friday and 5pm for food

12 noon Saturday for b**rs and 1pm for food!

SUNDAY we are trialling a roast platter (other dishes still available) - now when Oli says platter you need to be sure to bring some stretchy pants because he’s serving it on a tray…

it’s Roast saddle of pork, beef dripping roasties, hot honey roasted carrots and parsnips, cauliflower cheese, gravy and the OG paxo stuffing! As we are trialling the roasts there’ll only be 10 available from 2.30pm Sunday.

If you want one, make a booking or try your luck at the hatch in a game we will call Roast Dinner Roulette 🤣

🔥🚀🍳 GUESS WHO’S BACK! 🍳🚀🔥

Guess who’s back? Yes, it’s Chef Oli

But before that exciting news Sam has been busy brewing something new… it’s dark and creamy and will be served nitro…the season is right and we are very excited about this one!

Oli has decided (thanks to all you lot threatening to chain him up and/or marry him to make him stay) he needs The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co in his life permanently

Oli will be slinging some world class food out of the Brewery Kitchen hatch Thursday to Sunday each week

If you don’t know much about Oli yet be sure to grab him and ask any questions about his foodie life!

Oli has spent years cooking iconic dishes at some amazing foodie spots including The Randolph, The Shakespeare, The Three Crowns Ullingswick & he’s owned two amazing, highly rated and well loved restaurants including Trawlers on the Quay in Looe and No 9 in Hereford - we are so lucky Oli has fallen in love with what we are creating here in

Oli has some big ideas for our food, events, foodie clubs and even brunches

Tonight we finish up our launch menu and tomorrow we say hello to a brand new menu! Think epic hash browns, cheese curds, cheeseburgers with peppercorn sauce, frickles and next level sandwiches! Everything designed to perfectly pair with our b**rs ❤️

🎉🎄THE C-WORD 🎄🎉

We know it’s September but not only are we super excited about Christmas 2026 we apparently need to have our ducks in a row so people can book their parties or get togethers with us 🔥

Quiz night booked out super early last year so we are running two Christmas quiz nights this year…same quiz just two dates for booking this year so teams can only attend one!

Christmas Menu kicking off in December - all the good stuff and highly likely a weekly special or two Oli and the team conjure up along the way

Changes to opening hours (some additional days are on the list and some days we are closed for family time)

The low down on Christmas Events are also included - brewery tours, a Christmas strings concert and the dates for our Birthday party all confirmed 🎄❤️🎉🔥

We cannot wait to celebrate another amazing Christmas with you all AND our second Taproom Birthday🎄🥂

🍻🚚🦀 WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK? 🦀🚚🍻

We had such a great week last week kicking off with our first ever String Quartet Concert live in the Taproom, we had everyone guessing the movie theme tunes all night!

Urban foodie menu & food has been going down an absolute storm! Good, honest, simple food made with incredible ingredients from fish finger buttys to soft shell crab and Oli’s take on prawn toast - we couldn’t have hoped for a better reception for The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co fresh start!

So what’s happening this week?

📅Thursday we are open from 5pm for great grub & exceptional craft b**rs, c***r & wines

🍴Friday we open for b**rs from 2pm and food from 5pm

🦪Saturday we open from noon for b**rs and 1pm for eats

🤔Sunday is quiz night so the food will start slightly later at 4.30pm but we will be open from noon for drinks

It’s taken us a while to recover from last week! We had such a great time with Chef Oli in the food truck!

Don’t forget this Thursday is our MUSIC FROM THE MOVIES CONCERT with ALERION STRINGS 🎵

Inside and the back b**r garden will be ticket holders only

We will have some tables out the front where you can order drinks (table service) and food from our Strings Night Menu The Brewery Kitchen By Datum Attitude Brewing Co if you aren’t joining us for the concert

We still have some tickets available so we will be selling those on the door tomorrow

FRIDAY we open at 2pm (food from 5pm) we will see the return of a number of favourite dishes from our first menu alongside some of the Strings night menu and we still have three special b**rs waiting for free taps!

SATURDAY we open at noon with food from 1pm
