Ok so since , semi retirement in January and handing the reins of the shop over to nic and tash Newson’s Farm Shop & Coffee Pot I have decided to concentrate on me a lot more , so joining Heybridge Nutrition they have encouraged and directed me with diet and nutritional needs towards a healthy life , in 3 months I have lost 11 lb lots of inches , found boundless energy and find I sleep soundly , it’s also a lovely social place and they also have a walking group for you to enjoy , once you come on board, so if anyone would like to join us I have some free evaluation tokens , please feel free to message me , so I can get you an appointment, to come along and find out just how they can help you to ❤️❤️
