Hand made shoulder bag, made from an old suede saddle that was no longer fit for purpose.
This bag really tells a story, notice the soft smooth leather where the top layer of suede has been worn away over time from many years of use.
The creases in the top flap are where the padded knee roll once was, the stitches worn away over the years. The remains of glue still visible from the hard leather backing that was taken away to leave a soft supple movement for ease of use. Closes with a cute heart shaped popper clasp.
All hand saddle stitched.
The strap is an old martingale which is fully adjustable for the perfect length. Comes with blemishes and marks.
The gusset is brand new chrome tan leather, offcuts from unwanted upholstery.
This bag measures approx 7 inches wide but due to the soft 3 inch gusset it allows for up to 9 inches in length maximum. 6 inches high.
