Sarah Makes Terms and Conditions
* Any inquiry or order should be made either via PM or by emailing [email protected].
*Payment is to be made via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account) I will sent you an invoice to your email address.
*Orders under £20 are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. a hat that has been made to a specific size, colour and design as instructed
by yourself to Sarah Makes) must be paid upfront within 7 days of your invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed. For orders over £40 a £10 non-returnable deposit can be taken which must be paid for within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance must be paid before your order will be posted.
*The payment of solely pre-made/instock product orders must be paid for within 2 days of your invoice being sent or your order will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed.
*If your order consists of custom and pre-made products the same terms of payment for solely custom orders apply unless otherwise agreed.
* If you have a custom order you will be placed into an order waiting list. When you place or enquire about a custom order I will give you an estimated time frame of starting your order and also an estimate of when your order will be completed.
* All pre-made/instock product(s) will be available to post within the next 2 working days unless there are circumstances which will prevent this - you will be informed if this is the case.
* You will be given confirmation when your order has been posted.
* If your custom product(s) arrives damaged please notify Sarah Makes by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. You must return the damaged product to repaired or replaced to Sarah Makes at the address provided on your invoice. You will be reimbursed for any additional postage costs at the basic postage rate (e.g. if you choose to return by Next Day delivery you will only be reimbursed the cost of 2nd class delivery).
* Pre-made/in stock product(s)may be returned up to 14 days after the day you received them. The product must be unused and be returned at the buyers expense to Sarah Makes at the address provided on your invoice. You must inform Sarah Makes by emailing [email protected] within the cancellation period with the reason you are returning your product. You will be reimbursed the cost of the item returned only within 14 days of Sarah Makes receiving the product or within 14 days after proof of postage has been emailed to [email protected]
* If your pre-made/in stock product(s) arrives to you damaged you may return the product(s) 14 days after the day you received them for the product to be repaired or replaced. if you choose to return by Next Day delivery you will only be reimbursed the cost of 2nd class delivery). You must inform Sarah Makes by emailing [email protected] within those 14 days with the reason you are returning your product.
