In our few days home we’ve had lots of lovely deliveries… and we couldn’t resist giving you a little sneaky peek 👀

Our new 100% Harris Tweed® Flat Caps, with a clever popper-and-stud fastening at the back, making them adjustable from 56cm–62cm.

RIGHT… WHO’S RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?! 😂🍰

Yesterday, after a quick unpack of the van, we were absolutely STARVING.

We’d been grafting, so obviously we decided the only sensible thing to do was go out for dinner. 😂

After some absolutely delicious food at The Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery 👌 then came the fatal mistake…

We decided we needed dessert. 🤦‍♀️😂

So off we went to the brand-new Dessert Time in Balby…

And honestly…

OH. MY. DAYS. 🤤🍫

These desserts are bloody gorgeous!

The Matilda Cake was chocolatey, moorish and indulgent without being that horrible, stodgy chocolate cake that sits in your stomach like a house brick. 😂

It was actually light, rich and ridiculously moreish.

Then we tried the Dream Cake and, well… it’s aptly named! 🤎🤍

A gorgeous combination of white and milk chocolate and quite frankly, we could have eaten it twice.

And the portions?

YORKSHIRE PORTIONS. 😂

None of this fancy little teaspoon of pudding nonsense.

You get a PROPER PORTION.

The sort where you look at it and think:

“I’m never going to manage all that…”

…and then five minutes later you’re scraping the tub. 🤣

So, if you’re in Doncaster and fancy treating yourself, give Dessert Time Balby a try.

Actually, don’t fancy it…

JUST GO.

Because life is too short, the van is unpacked, and apparently dessert is now an essential part of our food group. 😂

🍦💃 RIGHT… THAT’LL DO! BACK TO WORK! 💃🍦

What a weekend off! And by heck, did we make the most of it! 😂

We’ve danced to Symphonic Ibiza, The Vengaboys, Ronan Keating, Jessie J and enough other tunes to make our knees question their life choices! 💃🕺

We’ve eaten far more than was strictly necessary (but calories don’t count when you’re having a weekend off… that’s a fact 🤷‍♀️😂), made our annual pilgrimage to The Ice Cream Farm 🍦, chatted to loads of lovely people and even managed to help a few along the way. ❤️

Basically, we’ve eaten, danced, laughed and behaved ourselves…

Well… mostly. 😏

But all good things must come to an end, so it’s time to dust off the stall, find the Yorkshire tea and get back to doing what we do best!

And it’s all being unpacked, priced and squeezed into the van ready for our next adventure…
