Thank you to everyone out there supporting us at Iapetus Gallery in Great Malvern. We have been overwhelmed by Malverns desire to keep shopping local and the love that has been shown to small businesses during this crisis from all our customers, near and far.
Today we processed a record 77 orders. It's felt like Christmas at work today! Thank you so much for supporting our makers and us.
Chris is out delivering local orders right now, and we will be continuing our FREE LOCAL DELIVERY ( within 3 miles of the shop) for you for the time being in addition to preparing to reopen the store ( exact date to be confirmed soon). Don't worry, we will not be removing this service until demand for it falls ( if it does!?) and are here to support you in continuing to social distance. We may have to make some alterations to its frequency to also be able to staff the store, but will not remove it until it is no longer useful. The next stage of the lockdown journey is going to be quite a challenge for us all, but we are looking forward to be able to expand the ways you can shop with us in the next couple of weeks, and we have really really missed you all!!!

If you want to make an omelette you've got to break some eggs....

As such, from midnight tonight we are turning off our old website and turning on our new one! It's very egg-citing but also a little scary! As is often the case, things can go a little bit wobbly when moving a website, so our service will be down for a short while, or may have a few glitches.

We will tell you when it's all sorted, but for now we urge anyone planning to place and order in the next 3/4 days to do it by 10pm on Sunday ( tomorrow) to ensure we can look after you and your gift orders in a timely manner.

We will be picking, processing and posting all the weekend orders absolutley as normal on monday, and should the site be down at the beginning of the week we will be ready to assist you over the telephone on 01684 566929 so don't worry!

Pls note, when the NEW site is up and running all returning customers will need to re-register . So long as you use your registered email address your loyalty points will transfer over smoothly.

Wish us luck!

One thing we love about our business is just how lovely so many of our customers are. We are so lucky to have got to know people like Sue & Olly over the years, and have been blessed by their kindness today. It's like they just knew what a crazy day we were having (7 deliveries in 4 hours whilst trying to look after many many busy shoppers) and knew we needed a sugar rush to keep us going.
Nothing beats a random act of kindness, and the world needs more of it. Check out this fab plate of cakes they made us! Thank you Sue, Olly and family. Happy Christmas!
