Not very often you get a laptop that has the old school battery slots where you can actually remove the battery without dismantling the whole thing!
This laptop was booked in as the charging port was no longer working.
It did have age related damage where some of the screws were stripped and plastic pieces were broken but that didn’t stop the repair.
Replaced the port and handed it back over to the customer all under an hour.
