Apricot Blossom Honey is something you simply don’t come across very often. In fact, we rarely see apricot blossom honey offered elsewhere — which makes every harvest particularly special.

Made from nectar gathered during the short flowering period of apricot trees, it has a beautiful golden colour and a distinctive character: fruity, gently tangy and pleasantly sweet, with delicate floral notes.

It’s wonderful drizzled over yoghurt or porridge, spread on warm toast, paired with cheese, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.

How do bees actually make honey?

It all begins with a tiny drop of nectar — but what happens next is quite extraordinary.

🌼 1. Nectar is collected from flowers
🐝 2. Natural enzymes begin transforming it
🍯 3. Nectar is passed between bees inside the hive
💨 4. Moisture is gradually reduced as bees circulate air
🍯 5. The honey thickens and matures inside the honeycomb
🐝 6. The cells are capped with beeswax when the honey is ready

Hives are placed in carefully selected, unspoilt landscapes, where bees can forage among abundant flowers, trees and wild plants.

2 — Nature, given time
The bees do the remarkable work. They collect nectar or honeydew and gradually transform it inside the hive, adding natural enzymes and reducing its moisture until the honey is mature. Nothing is rushed.

3 — Carefully harvested
Once ready, the honey is carefully harvested and gently prepared without unnecessary processing. It is never pasteurised or fine filtered, helping preserve its authentic taste, aroma and natural character.

Acacia Honeycomb combines light, delicate Acacia honey with the natural beeswax comb built by the bees themselves.

Taste: Light, smooth and gently floral, with a clean sweetness and subtle vanilla-like notes.

🐝 What makes it special? Honeycomb is the natural hexagonal beeswax structure bees build inside the hive to store their honey.

Instead of extracting the honey, you enjoy it exactly where the bees placed it — and both the honey and beeswax are edible.
