Since this particular new moon is in the sign of Aries—the first sign of the zodiac—it’s all about new beginnings. You’ll feel more confident than usual, pushing you to jump into things you haven’t tried before.

CRYSTAL CHAKRA BALANCING WORKSHOP

13-5-22 6/30-8:30pm @ Chorlton Unitarian Church.
sounds and I are delighted to announce we will be hosting another Crystal Chakra Balancing Workshop.

Sophia (Luna & Selene) and Oriana (Sirius Sounds) are running this 2 hour workshop designed to heal and balance the Chakras using Crystals, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra (meditation) and Oracle cards.



In this Crystal Workshop led by Sophia, you will receive your very own crystal cleansing pack! Which will include 7 crystals (a crystal for each of the chakras) Palo Santo and a work booklet.



In this Crystal Workshop you will learn:

-about the chakras and what they represent

-how the chakras affect us if they are blocked

-which crystals are used for each chakra

-how to cleanse and charge your crystals

-how to use each crystal to cleanse and heal your chakras

-what different crystal shapes mean and what type to use and when

-how to cleanse yourself and your space using your crystals

-how to use them to aid your meditation practice

-how to pick your own crystals

Enjoy home made refreshments and teas during the workshop.

There will then be a 30 minute Yoga Nidra (guided meditation and chakra toning session led by both Sophia and Oriana. The yoga nidra will be accompanied by the sound bowls. This powerful combination will help you to achieve a deep meditative state leading the body into a place of homeostasis, which assists the body in self-generative healing, whilst balancing the nervous system and Chakras.

Then experience beautiful sounds during the Sound Bath led by Oriana (Sound Healer) to cultivate inner awareness, release emotion and bring you into states of clarity

This workshop is designed to harmonise the mind, body and soul to connect and heal with like minded people. We hope you can join us!
