Meet the newest member of the Oops a Daisy team. ๐ฉ
This is Sam. He's a black toy poodle; he's my co-pilot on deliveries, and as far as he's concerned, he's the one running this business.
I caught him in a lift on King Street this morning, chin on my shoulder, supervising a bouquet he'd had absolutely nothing to do with. And what a bouquet โ hot pink gerberas, deep purple hydrangea, red and blush roses, anthurium and chrysanthemum, all hand-tied by Courtney, who is the reason our arrangements look the way they do. She does the beautiful bit. Sam does the sitting.
He can't carry flowers. He can't read a delivery note. But every single person who opens the door greets him first โ and then they see what he's leaning on, and that's when the reaction really starts.
