e order by bank transfer to the specified data (in the description, please give your name and date of order). After sending the transfer, you have to inform the seller about this fact (sending a scan of the confirmation is not obligatory, we wait until the money is physically in the account) and give the following data:
- First name and surname,
- Address,
- Shipping address (if different from home),
- Telephone number,

1. Parcels are dispatched within 48 working hours* of receive of payment (for Souvre products orders it is 48 hours after receive of products from the manufacturer).
2. Parcel within the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail or Hermes. Buyer is responsible to choose the method of delivery.
2.1 Royal Mail delivery prices (UK only):

Standard Delivery 2nd Class: £3.00/£3.00 (Covered up to £20)
Standard Delivery 1st Class: £3.68/5.47 (Covered up to £20)
Signed For 2nd Class: £4.00/£4.00 (Covered up to £50)
Signed For 1st Class: £4.68/£6.47 (Covered up to £50)
MEDIUM PARCEL -above 2kg- (Prices below for weight 2kg-5kg)
Standard Delivery 2nd Class: £8.79 (Covered up to £20)
Standard Delivery 1st Class: £15.85 (Covered up to £20)
Signed For 2nd Class: £9.79 (Covered up to £50)
Signed For 1st Class: £16.85 (Covered up to £50)
For parcels over 5kg or if you wish to cover the parcel for more than £50, the cost of shipping is set individually.
2.2 Hermes delivery prices (UK only):
Up to 1kg: Standard: £2.95 Next Day**: £5.05
1kg-2kg: Standard: £4.40 Next Day**: £6.50
2kg-5kg: Standard: £5.80 Next Day**: £7.90
For parcels over 5kg the cost of shipping is set individually. Hermes guarantee covering up to £20. Extra paid covering available up to a shipping value of £300. Signed For sevice costs 90p. Extra paid covering and Signed For services are optional.
2.3 Personal collection is free of charge and available after receiving of payment and setting a time of collecting. Address is: 21 Marwood Drive, Manchester M23 2TD. Occasionally personal collection is also available outside Manchester, to know the place and date look at the posts.
3. Abroad shipments are dispatched by Hermes and priced on an individual basis.
4. The seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the supplier.
5. When ordering Souvre collagen treatments, delivery within the UK is free of charge and £5 discounted for abroad shippments. The choice of delivery is then chosen by the seller (does not apply to personal collection and optional costs).
6. After the dispatching of the parcel, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with the tracking number (if available) to make it easier for the buyer to trace the parcel.
7. In case of a lost parcel (when parcel tracking shows delivery but we have not received it), please check first if your housemates have not received the parcel, check the mailbox and the area in front of your house. If the package is not there please inform the seller immediately. Unfounded or intentional reporting for fraudulent purposes will result in the notification of law enforcement authorities.
8. The seller does not take responsibility for the accuracy of the address data given by the buyer. Incorrect information may result in non-delivery and seller takes no responsibility for that.
*working hours/days do not include: Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and days when the shop is closed after the previous notice
