Join us this Sunday 19th April for a Rooted presence is a spring cacao ceremony inviting grounding, steadiness and gentle expansion. 11am - 2pm

Held in April, when growth is visible and the earth feels more alive beneath our feet, this ceremony offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the body and rest into a sense of inner support. Rather than pushing for change or release, the focus is on feeling rooted, replenished and present.

Working with cacao as a grounding heart medicine, we’ll move through ritual, mantra, guided meditation and Reiki. The space is held collaboratively, with care, integrity and simplicity, allowing each person to experience the ceremony in their own way.

No prior experience with cacao, mantra, meditation or Reiki is needed. This is a nurturing, non-performative space, designed to support embodied presence and gentle opening as spring unfolds.

-Important to note- Cacao is a gentle heart opening medicine that can interact with certain medications. Cacao may not be suitable for some people if you are on any SSRI medication, have a kidney or heart conditions, very high or low blood pressure that is unmanaged by medication and if there’s anything about your mental wellbeing that we should know. You are welcome to enjoy a smaller serving with some conditions, contact us prior to the ceremony on any of our Instagram accounts.

Accessibility - due to this being a beautiful converted mill it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The only access to the ceremony space is up three flights of stairs with no lift
