Aking Sinta UK Tour 2026 Is Officially Underway — And This One Feels Extra Special.

Over the next few months, I’ll be popping up across the UK for Barrio Fiestas, festivals, and community events… and I’m so proud to share something bigger happening alongside it:

I’m partnering with Voice ESEA () for ECHO 2026 — a British-Filipino exhibition at OXO Tower, London (2–7 September 2026).

It’s called SALO-SALO: Coming Together — a celebration of home, identity, community, and belonging through a British-Filipino lens, built from real stories in our British-Filipino Oral History Archive.

If you’ve ever felt “in between” cultures, or like you’ve had to prove your Filipinoness, this is for you.
And if you’ve got parents, titas, titos, lolas, or lolos with stories that deserve to be heard — we’re still welcoming interviewees (especially the elder generation).

Tour dates are in the post — come say hi, bring your barkada, and let’s make space for our stories.

Warmest wishes,

Zoey

Part 5 - Here’s What Makes Aking Sinta Different.

Everything is rooted in Philippine heritage, often woven with my personal stories — designed to feel modern, wearable, and not trend-based.

I’m really hands-on with quality. I’ve got sensitive skin too, so I test each batch myself. I wear-test pieces and do durability testing on each batch because I want you to feel confident ordering — whether it’s in person or online.

I’m also very intentional about packaging: I use simple drawstring bags instead of bulky gift boxes to reduce waste, and my paper jewellery display cards are recyclable, FSC-approved, and sourced from a local UK business.

Part 4 — Top 3 Araw Bestsellers

If you’re new and you don’t know where to start, I’ve got you. These are the Araw pieces people love as their first Aking Sinta:

- Araw Minimalist Necklace
- Araw Minimalist Hoops
- Statement Araw Hoops

Araw is unisex, timeless, and designed to be worn on repeat — whether your everyday is minimalist, statement, or somewhere in between.

Are you more minimalist or statement? Tell me in the comments below.

If you missed out we'll be in London today for KampiFest 2026 until 5pm - come and say hi!

Kainan Kantahan Kultura Spring Fair will always have a special place in my heart — it was our very first event in London, and it was also their very first one too.

Now it’s their third year, and I just want to say a huge thank you to the loyal community that keeps showing up, supporting, and making space for Filipino culture to be celebrated so loudly and proudly. I love seeing how much this event has grown.

For me, it’s also become a bit of a family reunion — my family have come to see me here since year one, and it means everything having them there as I build this. And over the years I’ve made some genuinely good friends who keep coming back… plus new friends and connections every single time.

If you’ve been coming since the first year, I’d love to know — when did you first attend?

20/06/2026

I’m still not over this.

A customer came to K*K Spring Fair just for me — in the middle of that heatwave — and I honestly don’t have the words. The effort, the intention, the support… it meant everything.

Moments like this are exactly why I love doing pop-ups. It’s not just shopping — it’s community, connection, and feeling seen.

please know I’m genuinely so grateful. Salamat, always.

Still thinking about FWA Salo-Salo (25 April 2026) — one of those days that fills my cup.

I love meeting customers in real life. Putting faces to names, hearing your stories, and watching you try pieces on while telling me where you’re from (and who you’re buying for) is honestly my favourite part of doing pop-ups.

And the cultural performances? Always the reminder that our heritage isn’t just something we remember — it’s something we live, together, in rooms like this.

Salamat to the Filipino Women’s Association for bringing everyone together, and to every single person who came by to say hi.

If you were there, tell me your favourite performance moment (or what you ate) in the comments.
