Random FYI: Did you know that you are entitled by law to a 14-day refund including free return delivery for any new or used acoustic or digital piano WITHOUT first visiting in person. If you DID visit in person you completly lose that right.

However.... because we are a "customer first" service, we extend the free 14-day returns to ALL customers whether they buy in person or buy online.

Why? Because it would be a bit rude to let someone visit our showroom, spend £5000 on a fabulous reconditioned U3, get it home, decide they bought the wrong one, and then expect them to be stuck with it for the next few decades.

I've updated my Yamaha piano serial number lookup page to show that the J prefix only means "Made in Jakarta, Indonesia" if there is NO GAP between the letter and the numbers. If there is a gap then it's made in Japan. I made a similar post a while back about the "H" prefix. The same is true of H and J prefixes. Customers sometimes tell me that my U1H pianos are made in China and I'm like hmmm.

I need be getting in front of the camera but I also know that I hate the idea of doing serious sales pitches or sensible informational videos. I need to find my niche in terms of what to talk about and what tone it should have?

Ah I dunno what to do but I need to be making 2 or 3 vids per week.

The Olympic piano curling video ended up with 500,000 views so I should I take note of that. A funky angle on something topical could work well. Maybe throwing a piano (instead of a wheelie bin) during a race riot or putting pianos in the net to defend a World Cup penalty.

Hmmmm.
