What we love most about CrossFit is the community spirit, the togetherness, camaraderie and support. We have been on the receiving end of this spirit so much in a relatively short period of time.

We decided very early on we would make decisions for our brand based on the same values, including selection of our Brand ambassadors.

The last of our 2021 ambassadors Sophie Grogan from epitomises the CrossFit community spirit and makes her a natural choice.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in January 2017 and since then I’ve been hooked!

Where do you train?
I train from gym previously known as Bullpen Fitness in Worcester, UK. I love classes, that’s how I like to train - within the community.

What achievements are you most proud of so far?
I’m most proud of running five London Marathons from 2012 - 2016 and two long distance road cycles for children’s charity MACS.

What is your favourite WOD?
My favourite kind of WOD is a chipper as I have a decent amount of endurance. But I do kinda like tackling Fran now and again...

Technical skill that’s a strength?
Double unders, they took just over a year to pin down but now they’re something I look forward to in a WOD.

Technical skill that you’re developing?
I’m developing my strength to do muscle ups, as it stands, it’s the only movement I can’t ‘give a go’... It’ll be a great moment when they finally happen!

What’s your favourite piece of Pride Fitness equipment?
I’m a massive fan of the Pride tactical backpack, it fits so much kit inside and is waterproof so I will happily store my expensive filming equipment there next time I’m on an expedition!

What would you like to achieve this year?
I would love to see my audience grow on YouTube! I love making entertaining content for the CrossFit community; so a wider reach would make me very happy! Just Doing This Now - Like & Subscribe!

Favourite thing to do to chill out
I’m an ex-pro performer so I like to sing along to musical theatre songs, but I tend to pick up my laptop and play around on creative software - I’m always learning!
