We at the African Inspired group are saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second. During the queen's lengthy reign, millions of girls and women all over the continent looked up to her as an inspiration. She was a fervent advocate for Africa and the Commonwealth. Which has gained her a lot of affection and respect. The queen was valued and appreciated for her selfless support of women's empowerment and girls' education. Africa and the UK continue to enjoy a significant and long-standing relationship. As the great leader will be laid to rest, our thoughts are with the British royal family and the nation. God, save the King!
