Loft Hatch Handrail

Robust Modular Clothing Rails

We were contacted by a launderette that had out grown the capacity of their existing rail systems and required some more robust systems to hold the extra capacity. The pictures show how the old system was unable to withstand the capacity required and how the new system was designed to maximise the space available. They also have brackets to the top of the clothing rail to allow for shelving to be added later for storage. A bespoke roller system was also created for the plastic bagging system that the launderette uses to keep the clothes clean. The whole system was installed by the launderette themselves within half a day saving on expensive labour. Painted DIY Metal Handrail Kits

Our standard handrail kits are finished with a Hot Dipped Galvanised Coating to give them exceptional corrosion resistance to the elements and far out perform timber systems for strength and durability.

Some of our clients have decided to paint the systems once they are installed to match their property or to give them a more shiny and colourful finish. The below example is one of our kits that has been painted using Hammerite Direct to Galvanised Metal paint which acts as a primer and top coat in one. The results are excellent as shown below.

The full system was ordered and installed within a few days by our client exactly to his dimensions without having to wait for any fabricated products. It was much more cost effective too which was a bonus on top of having a fantastic strong and durable handrail system.

Galvanised Tube and Fittings were used to create a modern and stylish Industrial look for a men's fashion store. A combination of our fittings and reclaimed scaffold boards created a fantastic look for the store with flexibility to change things around whenever required as well as maximising the stores retail space. The dimensions of each clothing rail, curtain rail and shelf support could be designed to the exact millimetre.
