Miri by Hannah Unique gifts, accessories, garden and home wares, lovingly made from up-cycled materials. I had my great grandma's buttons in my bouquet. Perfect!

I started making cushion covers and christmas stockings out of unwanted clothes, and using home photo printing onto fabric to make them really personal. I make commissioned pieces to suit whatever special occasion you need a gift for or if you have something you’d like up-cycling or transforming then I’d be happy to discuss with you. I launched my business Miri, named after my Nan Miriam back in 2

012 and things have taken a back seat for a while with having two little ones and work. Have managed to fit in a few clothing items, fidget blankets for dementia care homes and the odd garment/curtain alteration. Miri by Hannah...
It started with my wedding, wanting it all to be really personal and hand made. I incorporated my nan's eternity ring into a necklace made of wire, inspired by elven jewellery. Then made my bridesmaids jewellery to match. I can do the same for your wedding, or if you have any unwanted or broken jewellery I could rework it into something wearable. Miri by Geoff...
I also asked my dad to make a metal tree for the wedding, that i could use in my garden afterwards. I gave him a rusty iron gate and within a month he'd transformed it into a wonderful silver tree. Decorated with lights, lanterns and wedding messages, it really did look lovely. And it had pride of place on our balcony and now lives at the front of our house...a plant that doesn't die, no effort needed, and looks really good. I received a lovely mosaic heart from my sister, framed with left over metal from the tree. Emma makes custom mosaics such as football shields and the whole family have a house number mosaic. Ours was made to match the stained glass in our door and windows. Emma is always busy crafting for school projects, the kids she teachers are very lucky indeed.
