Moments from Fountain by Nite 🌙

Last weekend, the Nite School crew joined forces with Fountain Records for the first edition of their new late-night in-store series - a Stretfordian match made in heaven.

An evening of digging through records, discovering new sounds, having a dance and connecting with fellow music lovers, all in one of the town centre's most-loved spaces.

🎺 A reminder that next weekend we have the wonderful Stretford Band performing for us on the Saturday evening. The music starts from 7.45pm... why not wander on down and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the brass while enjoying one of our many excellent beers.

Over the past 18 months, alongside her personal trainer Paul at PureGym in Stretford, she's been on a life changing journey to get walking again.

With undeniable determination, support from the incredible PureGym Manchester Stretford community, and countless walks up and down the high street, Anna is proving what's possible when people back each other and refuse to give up.

Stretford’s getting a sweet new addition 🍰

After taking Manchester by storm with their hugely popular pop-ups, Misu Tiramisu are opening their very first permanent home right here in Stretford this summer.

Known for their handcrafted tiramisu, Misù Café will be opening at The Mezz with a dream menu featuring everything from Classic and Biscoff to Pistachio and Mango tiramisu, alongside speciality coffee, tasty pastries, and delicious lunch options.

The Stretford café will also be launching exclusive new flavours you won’t find anywhere else, including Strawberry Matcha, White Hazelnut, and Intenso.

Whether you’re grabbing a takeaway sweet treat or settling in for coffee and dessert, founders Aleem and Aishah are bringing something seriously special to the heart of the town centre. We know where all our lunch breaks are going.

From today, the walking route between Wellington Street, Aldi and Kingsway has changed while regeneration works continue in the town centre.

Please follow the signed walking route shown on the map to safely access Aldi, Kingsway and King Street/Pinnington Lane.

These changes are needed to allow works to progress safely and to ensure the site can be properly secured during the redevelopment.

We know this is a change to the usual route and we are thankful for everyone's patience as we continue transforming the area.

The town centre remains open and trading throughout.
