So the time has come to finally draw a line in the sand, Customize is no longer running as a business, unfortunately nothing was salvaged despite the promises, and insurance doesn’t cover anywhere near what would be needed to continue. I would like to thank everyone that used the business over the 12 years we traded for, it was always really appreciated, and finally a massive thank you to the people who let me use their equipment despite not even knowing me so I could at least try to continue.

UPDATE!!
Due to the generosity of Chloe Harrison and Middleton Pop Stars I now have Printing equipment still looking at picking up a small embroidery machine as wel, but if anyone has a multi needle machine I could borrow even for a week that would be appreciated.

Hi All can anyone help me out I’m looking to get hold of an embroidery machine to keep the business going. I have diverted deliveries to home and had jobs I was to do last week but lost my machines in the fire. Possibly also looking to get Printing equipment as had jobs that were to be embroidered and printed so heat press cutting machine etc.

Just an Update
The picture shows my Unit this Morning, the one next to the Fire Exit with the hole in the the wall, not had anything official yet but I don’t expect anything to have survived all machines supplies stock, all gone.
I will be contacting everyone who had left their own items with me for invoices so once the insurance has come through I can reimburse, if that’s you and I don’t contact it may be that I only had you in the works mobile as a contact, which was left in the unit, feel free to message me.
Weekend will be decision time as to what to do next and where to go from here, the messages of support have been amazing and have really helped at a time when they were very much needed.

Gutted doesn’t really start to explain how tonight has gone!!Anyone who has seen the news of Middleton Storage World being on fire, it’s way worse than it looks!!
So Basically tonight Customize as a Business has literally gone up in flames, everything will be ruined by fire smoke and water. I can only apologise to anyone who left workwear to be printed/embroidered, I don’t know where to go from here 🤷🏻‍♂️ Insurance won’t cover everything and may even take weeks/months to come through. Will have to see what the next few days bring, feel so bad for everyone who had businesses in the building hearing it’s 200, many losing more than I, a lot of people from Middleton and beyond will be affected hopefully they’re all okay.

Good Afternoon.
Customize will be closed from today, until next Monday June 2nd due to a Family Bereavement. Please bear with while all the work is caught up with, the next few weeks will be a very busy time from the beginning of June. Those orders for events taking place the first weekend will have to take priority then all other jobs will follow as quickly as is possible. Thanks in advance for your patience.
