We are looking to recruit a warehouse operative for our busy team in Hyde.

This role will include both warehouse duties and office work, which will include both loading and offloading delivery vehicles therefore all applicants should be happy to lift boxes weighing up to 15 kg on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will ideally possess all of the following:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management
People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of staff, delegate work and explain ideas
Team working skills
Planning and organisational skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
Accuracy and attention to detail
Initiative and decisiveness
Technical and IT skills, particularly database management and spreadsheets
Problem solving skills
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A flexible approach to work

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
