It's another beautiful day here in M21, so we've popped to our friends and neighbours at Unicorn Grocery to make use of their wonderful living wall as a backdrop for some new stock we have for sale now.

This Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 ebike is priced at ÂŁ1700 (RRP ÂŁ2500 without mudguards) and has only had very light use, so it's in mint condition.

What an evening, and a lovely way to sign off on a great summer of riding. Some of our regular “Thursday Night Spins” shop riders joined us as a great group from our friends and supporters Waters Corporation for one last evening ride of the year. Huge thanks to Science in Sport - SiS for coming up trumps with nutrition and bottles for everyone! See you all soon, and keep pedalling!

It’s been a long, great summer for riding! But we didn’t want to just stop our weekly rides. So when the kind folk at the Waters Corp in Wilmslow said they would also like to do a social ride to help promote the work CFC does and the shops, we decided to tie the 2 together and make the last ride of the season, a loop out from their campus!

Let us know on here, or join team CFC on Strava if you’d like to join us. There’s a 40km and a shorter 20km option. Meeting at 4:30-5pm at Waters, Wilmslow.

We’ll have support from our amazing partners Science in Sport - SiS for energy and hydration before the ride, and roll out at 5:30!

Hopefully see you there!
