Sorry we are having to do this, but we need to cover our stock / staff / time etc...And big events being cancelled last minute, has a huge impact on my small business 🤎
This will now apply to all orders going forward, to avoid, staff being booked in, stock being purchased, and orders cancelled last minute. 🤍

We know things can happen, that's out of the customers control, and we will try our best to accommodate, but a lot also goes on in the back ground, to plan for each event, when we schedule a booking, we have to turn other orders / events down, then when cancelled, we've lost other bookings, get left with stock we can't always use, cancel staff, that are relying on a wage etc..🤎

So going forward, we will now have to work by some new booking terms 🤍
