🎬 Sneak Peek Review –《一個部門的誕生》(Dog Day Evening) 🎬
Just had the chance to catch an early screening of this upcoming Hong Kong comedy, inspired by a true event — and what a wild ride it was!
From the screenwriter of latest action flick ： The Furious. Packed with laugh-out-loud moments, absurd situations, and plenty of over-the-top chaos, this film takes a real-life story and turns it into a hilarious satire that feels both ridiculous and surprisingly relatable.
As a former customer of Hong Kong cable TV, I couldn't help but laugh at some of the situations on screen. Anyone who lived through those years will probably recognise the frustration, confusion, and sheer madness that inspired the story. The filmmakers have managed to turn a shared experience into comedy gold.
Expect:

Without giving too much away, if you've ever dealt with customer service nightmares, corporate nonsense, or the ups and downs of Hong Kong's cable TV era, you'll find plenty to enjoy here.
