I often make preserves with foraged flowers.
My Rhubarb and Rose Jam is sweet and tart with a floral note.
Made from the fruit in my Rhubarb and Rose Cordial, so nothing is wasted.

Spooned into your morning yoghurt or dolloped on top of steaming porridge, this is sure to liven up your breakfast .

Unfortunately due to the Air Traffic Control problems on Tuesday, my flight was cancelled. I'm not due back till Friday now. As a result I won't be attending Staly Street Fest on Friday and I'm unsure about Glossop!

Wish me luck and I'll hopefully see you soon.

We're sadly coming to the end of rhubarb season! But don't worry I have lots of rhubarb based preserves in stock.

❤️💚❤️ Rhubarb Chutney, which has a sweet, tangy, tart flavour.
Goes well with my Botanist Gin and Tonic Cheddar.
Yes you heard that right!

Available in large (300ml) or small (200ml) jars for £5 or £4.

If you see anything you like, please sent me a message and I'll save them for you. Once these have gone, they've gone and you'll have to wait till next year!

"Stretford Beef" is the nickname given to rhubarb that was once a major crop in Stretford, known as the "garden of Lancashire/Eden of Lancashire" due to its extensive market gardening, particularly for rhubarb. The Joke: Locals jokingly called the tart red stalks "Stretford Beef" because it was the area's signature staple food. The nickname highlights the importance and popularity of rhubarb in the area, especially as a product sold in nearby Manchester markets.

A new flavour combination this year and it's not to be missed.
It's proving to be very popular already.
Created due to a shortage of my home-grown beetroot and an abundance of early blackberries, this is sweet and lightly spiced, fruity chutney.
Imagine eating this purple chutney with a black charcoal chedder. MMMmmm!😋

Available in large (300ml) or small (200ml) jars for £5 or £4.
