As many of you no Aromatherapy is very effective way to help reduce stress and anxiety.

One way beening to have essentials oils massaged into the skin to burning scented candles

But one aromatherapy method that’s become increasingly popular in recent years has been the use of the humble wax melt. Wax melts are fast becoming very sought-after as they are flame-free and inexpensive alternatives to scented candles. They are also easy to change from one fragrance to another

Wax melts produce beautiful fragrances which are just as good, if not better, than scented candles, but because they don’t have wicks, they don’t need a flame to release the odour. They can be melted in a burner with a tealight or in an electric burner, removing the need for a real flame altogether.
