This one's a firm favourite from the team. A warm oak herringbone floor running straight through from kitchen to hallway, no breaks, no clashing thresholds, just one continuous flow that makes the whole downstairs feel bigger and brighter.

Herringbone gets a reputation for being tricky or old fashioned, but laid right it works beautifully in modern kitchens too, especially against cream cabinetry like this. It's the kind of floor that quietly does a lot of heavy lifting for a room.
