Excited to collect these We Love Marchwood bags full of goodies generously donated by Welcome Co-op to deliver over the coming days.

A number of bags have already been given to members of the Solid Silver club, and the remainder will be delivered to nominated recipients. I'm pleased to say that we have enough bags to go to everyone that you have nominated.

Thank you to Richard, Karen, Adam and everyone else involved it putting these together. Also thanks in advance to the delivery elves who have agreed to help me distribute them! 🎅

*** Festive Goody Bags ***

I'm pleased to announce that Welcome Co-op will once again be generously supplying festive treats that we can load into We Love Marchwood bags and deliver to members of the community this Christmas.

Whilst some are already allocated, there will be bags available if anyone would like to nominate someone (perhaps an elderly friend or neighbour in the Village) to receive one. To nominate someone, please get in touch via private message. If we receive more nominations than bags, we will draw names at random, although last year we were able to get a bag to everyone that was nominated.

I will reach out nearer the time to see if any volunteers are available to help me deliver them 🙂

Sincere thanks to that wonderful team of elves, and may we wish you all a very happy and healthy Christmas 🎅🏼👍🏼

As the postbox has now been put away, Father Christmas has asked us to thank the children of Marchwood for their wonderful letters. Apparently he particularly enjoyed the ones that asked him lots of difficult questions! The elves have already delivered some replies and are now busy sorting the remaining ones ready for delivery. Thanks again to Welcome Co-op for supplying and hosting the postbox for us.

We have heard that a few letters sent so far haven't included an address so if you think that might be you, please send a message to the WeLoveMarchwood page and we will forward to the elves in the postage department 🎅
