Hello! A flurry of new followers means I’d better introduce myself.
I’m Katharine, crafter, sewist and tea drinker.
You’ll find me mostly at Leicestershire Craft Centre teaching people to sew, chatting about everything and nothing and making a mess with fabric.
I get out and about to Craft Shows armed with a trusty flask of tea and a family helper. - you’ll find me at Farnborough, Glasgow, Ally Pally and Birmingham this Autumn.
Sometimes you can see me on Sewing Street demoing my dressmaking patterns, quilts, books and other fun projects and occasionally I’m allowed out to teach at other venues around the country too.
If you see me, make sure you come and say hello!

✨Name Sculptures (7+) - Tuesday 18th August, 10 – 11:30am
✨Make a Journal (7+) - Wednesday 19th August, 10 – 11:30am
✨Calligraphy for Children (7+) - Wednesday 19th August, 1:30 – 2:30pm
✨Junior Sewing Skills (Age 7-11) - Thursday 20th August, 10am - 12pm
