Game season is underway and we have been busy prepping it for you this week.

We have made two types of partridge sausage. A spiced mango, coconut and lime. As well as a chilli and iron bru. Also in the counter is a Chinese salt and pepper partridge stir fry.

We have vension burgers and the lovely venison truffle with caramelised onion chutney and black pudding. Also we have rolled a few little joints of venison stuffed with sausage meat and wrapped in bacon.

We have a quartet of sausage of the week for you this week. Four different sausages, four different meats.

-Venison sausage with cranberry and rosemary.

- Lamb and mint sausage

- Pork and tomato sausage.

- Spanish chorizo style chicken sausage.

We have a fully stocked counter this morning with all your favorites. Weve also got an offer on a trio of truffles this week. Any 2 truffles for £5.50.

- Venison truffle with caramelised onion chutney in the centre with black pudding and smoked bacon.

- Satay chicken with satay sauce and crispy onions.

- Lamb and mint truffle with mint jelly.

Also something different we have some lovely venison cutlets with a black garlic glaze.

Weve had plenty of venison in recently and we have made a brand new product. We have a caramelised onion venison basket with onion chutney, black pudding and smoked bacon.

Weve also made a red onion and sage venison sausage with black pudding. Also in stock we have plenty of venison steaks and small roasting joints perfect for 2 to 3 people.

Also in we have made pork and apple sausage and tomato sausage. Weve also brought back the 6 ounce piri piri chicken burger with nacho cheese sauce.

Weve made some product we haven't done for a while that have proved popular.

There is a pork steak with chorizo and halloumi coated with an Italian glaze.

Piri piri chicken grillsticks.

BBQ pork patties with BBQ sauce and crumb.

Sausage of the week is a hot honey chicken and as nobody seems to be getting tired of them, we have made tomato sausage again.

Weve got grillstick galore this morning. We have made four different types for you in our stunning display today.

- Lamb kofta
- Venison grillsticks with szechuan, garlic and chilli
- Chicken tikka grillsticks
- Cajun beef.

We have also made the cheese and jalapeño chicken burger with nacho cheese sauce and the beef truffle burger with mozzarella cheese.
