Come along, get your hands dirty with us! We have a clay workshops on Friday 14th June (and another Friday 28th June), with a choice of 3 workshop sessions for the day.

10am-12:30pm (2.5hrs), 12:30pm-4pm (3.5hrs) and 10-4pm (6hrs).

With light refreshments and friendly chit chat, please do come along and have a go. Please wear old and comfy clothes and bring lunch / snacks for the longer sessions. We provide aprons (and gloves if required) and have free parking on site.

You can also find lots of ideas across the internet. If you don't have access to a printer please email us some images of what you want to make and we'll print them out on paper for you ready for your session. Print outs are an easier reference to work with (rather than handling your phone with clay fingers!).

We have a card crafting workshop with Jo Butterfield on Wednesday 15th May, 1pm - 3pm. Jo has extensive experience in making cards with a stamp and embellishment collection that rivals any large craft shop's!

During the afternoon workshop you will make x2 different birthday cards (size 6x6") with matching gift tags and will be using a mixture of paints, paint effects and pretty embellishments.
Coffee, tea and biscuits provided and lots of chat! Free parking.

Wednesday 15th May, 1pm - 3pm, £22.50 per seat.

Our popular Clay Workshops for beginners will be continuing in May, and we're very much enjoying seeing lovely people make some incredible clay creations that they had no idea they could create! Come along to one (or all!) of our Clay Workshops in May and you too will surprise yourself at what you can make. We're quite sure, that like others, you'll find great enjoyment and serenity whilst working with clay.
Come on your own, or bring family and friends, and join us in the fun!
(Gloves can be provided if you want to protect your hands / nails).

Workshop Dates: Friday: 17th, 24th & 31st May

Choose one or all dates, with a choice of sessions for each Friday. If you are planning on making a detailed or a large piece, please book the 6 hour session, time will fly when you are engrossed in your make!

Cost includes refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) and unlimited clay. The clay can be air-dried or kiln-fired (kiln-firing at an extra cost, depending on the size of your work).

Age: Over 18's, everyone welcome. Over 12yrs welcome to attend with an adult (please book number of seats accordingly).

Another lovely Highland Cow in the making! Jackie came to a one day clay workshop with the intention of making some smaller clay items - but after seeing Cat's wonderful highland cow (that's here, drying out), decided to give it a go. And just WOW, another totally brilliant make! Jackie took her make home with her and a bit of clay to finish it off (yes, you can do this). We can't wait to see it all finished, follow us to see the end result in the not too distant future!

Jo's handmade Mr. Fox is a truly Fantastic Mr. Fox! Made during one clay workshop session, Jo tried her hands at large size modelling and we, including Jo, were all wowed by what she created. We especially love the details of his monocle, bow tie, the stitching on his jacket lapels and the handkerchief in his jacket pocket, we can't wait to see him all painted up! Pics to follow once he's all dry and finished.

From start to finish, meet 'Hartley'! Michaela hadn't worked with clay for over 40 years and made this beautiful hare at one of our clay workshops. He looks truly splendid now he's all painted up and he has deservedly taken pride of place on the mantelpiece at Michaela's.
