🏆 We are thrilled and delighted to let you know, that last night at the Cumbria Farmer Awards, we won one of the most prestigious trophy’s of the evening! The judge’s special award was given to us, J D Hetherington and Sons.
We were shocked, proud, amazed and humbled to be honoured at such an event. We really were lost for words!
We would like to thank the panel of judges who took time out to come and visit us at our home and business and choose us as the winners. Thank you to the organisers and the sponsors for creating such a special evening, celebrating the best of Cumbrian farming. We are so proud to be recognised as part of such a resilient, hard working, reliable community that shows true grit and determination in good times and not so good times! This award really has put a spring in all our steps, not just our immediate family but our work team also, it really is a team effort with us, Denis and Margaret, Denise, Lindsay, Michael, as well as all those companies who support us in the background, David Allen Aspatria Farmers Lely Center Longtown | Robotic Milking, Feeding & Cleaning Horsleys Of Abbeytown to name but a few.
