The catering van is now “SOLD”

Following on from our last post to say Springhill Beef and Lamb is closing down we have our Caterpod Catering trailer for sale.
It is in very good condition and has a current electric and gas certificate and all road legal regarding lights and reflectors.
Total length is 3.68m ( 2.75m long internally) by 1.53m wide.
Electric lights, several sockets and electric fridge.
Electric hot water tap with battery operated water pump.
Gas griddle, Bain Marie and water Boiler.
£8.000 plus Vat
Viewing welcome
It will be going on Ebay next week.

It is with a very heavy heart we are closing down Springhill Beef and Lamb. Many of you will be aware we lost our eldest son Aaron last year in a horrific car accident. Our world has changed forever and we must find a way to move forward down a very tough path. We need to spend our spare time and weekends with our youngest Son Luke and make sure we make some very special family memories going forward.
We would like to thank everybody who has supported our small business, especially our customers, McIntyre Meats for processing our Dexters and all the Market traders at Masham who made us feel so welcome.
We will be selling all our catering equipment, details to follow.

RIPON RUGBY CLUB BEER FESTIVAL
SATURDAY 25TH JUNE

TEAM SPRINGHILL Will be serving food from 12PM - 7PM

All of you who have tickets for the festival and feel a bit hungry then come and find SPRINGHILL BEEF AND LAMB
We will be serving
Slow cooked pulled Dexter beef in a bun
Moroccan style pulled lamb in a pitta bread served with rocket, red onion and a yoghurt and mint sauce.

Cold filled rolls - ham, cheese and tuna
Cold drinks, crisps, chocolate bars and sweets

QUEEN'S PLATINUM JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS

TEAM SPRINGHILL Will be serving hot food on Friday 3rd June from 6.00pm

Come down to Masham Market Square join in the celebrations and listen and dance to "THE DOUBTFUL BOTTLE" a fab, very popular local band, rounded off with Fireworks in The Church Grounds

We will be serving our
Delicious Premium Dexter burger
Slow cooked pulled beef in a bun
Sausage and Bacon Sandwiches

We do have Steaks, Burgers and BBQ packs available if anybody would like some scrumptious Dexter meat for the jubilee weekend. Deliver locally or you can collect. We will also be on Masham Market on Saturday 4th June.

TEAM SPRINGHILL will be heading to Bedale tommorrow (Sunday 29th May) to be apart of the Bedale Banquet

We have had a high demand for our Dexter beef this month and only have a small quantity of frozen Dexter beef available to buy
