Discover the world of speciality coffee in our guided tasting experience. Using the professional method of cupping, we will introduce different origins, processing methods, and flavour profiles in a relaxed, informal setting - perfect for home enthusiasts looking to refine their sensory skills.

On the day, we’ll taste through a selection of our coffees and talk about how we source and roast them, answering any questions along the way. We’ll then run a hands-on workshop exploring a few different brewing methods and share tips on how to get the very best from your coffee at home.

NEW COFFEE 🩷 from KCRS Women’s Cooperative

Some of you may already recognise this coffee, and we’re incredibly proud to bring it back once again - this is the fourth time that we work with KCRS. If you’ve been with us for a while, you might even remember enjoying this coffee when we roasted it back in 2020.

This lot is a standout example of Rwandan fully washed coffee, delivering a vibrant cup with sweet, fruity and floral notes, supported by a rich, syrupy body. Beyond the flavour, this coffee tells an important story. KCRS is a women-led cooperative supported by the Kinini Washing Station, formed when local women approached Jacqueline Turner, Head of Kinini, for help building their own cooperative and identity as recognised coffee farmers.

Brix Breaker, our latest collaboration with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, is one of those rare coffees that can transform your coffee ritual into an experience. The member farmers of in Jinotega, Nicaragua, cultivate Brix Breaker at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters.

Each cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully measured with a brix refractometer to ensure optimal sugar levels.

This coffee is a journey through flavour, a celebration of craftsmanship, and a gentle reminder of what coffee can achieve when care and skill come together.

Working closely with small-scale producers in the area, Gold Mountain Coffee Growers brings together outstanding coffees with full traceability, ensuring every lot can be traced back to the individual farmer behind it.

Coffees from Jinotega have earned global recognition, including multiple Cup of Excellence wins. Yet awards alone don’t guarantee stability. Without consistent pricing, many farmers remain exposed to volatile global markets.
