We will be indoors in Ivory Fox on St John Street, a new decadent bridal shop is opening soon. We’re delighted to share with the Buttercup Bakery, Willow and Rose, PBW Sweet Treats and Flamingo cards.

On our way to our first term

In spring, a couple of Harry Potter fans in Wirksworth thought it would be a good idea to open a shop full of official Harry Potter gifts, toys and sweets. We were so excited we even created a day of family activities around the opening - the Wirksworth Wizarding Day. Wirksworth people got so much into the idea the day is now a big fundraiser for various local causes and charities, from Aquabox to the Scouts and Woodie’s Wings Owl Sanctuary!

We’ve just secured the rental on premises on the Market Place. Now we’re planning what to sell in our shop. We’ll have a grand opening at 11am on October the 20th, during the Wirksworth Wizarding Day.

We hope to see lots of you there. There will be free local handmade chocolate frogs - with popping candy inside - for the first customers with their purchases.

We hope you’re excited as we are!
