A lovely little textured trinket box in Sycamore with pewter inlay, finished in Ebonising Lacquer, internally naturally wax polished. Stands about 100mm high x 75mm diameter. Inspired by Pat Carroll's signature square boxes.

Teaching turning requires close contact, so tuition cannot be undertaken at the moment. As soon as the national advice changes, lessons will resume! In the meantime I'm experimenting with new techniques, woods and forms. Look out for my latest creations... A recent Salt & Pepper mill commission, standing 250mm high. Pepper top is finished in carbon wax, the salt in liming wax, the aim was a subtle indicator of the contents.
