Patience is a virtue.
Very rarely do we hear this or see this written.
A customer visited with her child non verbal, autistic and extremely active.
I was told it was impossible to measure and fit shoes.
Because I adore children I guess this beautiful child sensed this, because I measured fitted and shoes, no extremely activity. Totally calm.
Customer cried, I cried ( gosh I am such an emotional being) then we laughed.
It is not just about selling shoes. It is about being patient, kind and understanding.
The reason why I still breathe. ❤️

I cried today. Why? Because one of my angels who I fitted shoes (age 8) came to visit me.
Let me give you the background story
Previously she had visited a shop and the sales assistant said "your feet are too fat nothing for you here."
This obviously knocked her confidence.
So when she visited me with her grandmother, we found, her perfect school shoes.

So today while visiting Dockside Shopping with her mum, she purposely came to visit me.

She express how she loved her shoes and she asked me if her friend had visited ( which they had) because she had mentioned to her friends at school about her experience.

Made my day.
Children remember and take everything in.

I am having so much fun I completely forgot that my business was 15 years old.
