Today we have been helping the Newstead Committee sort and label all the plants for the Newstead plant sale tomorrow - Sunday 31st May 12-4pm @ Townhead Way TD69BU.
Here is a little snippet of some of the fab selection…too many to mention, but here’s some!
🪴Aquilegia, Lupin, Foxglove, Sedum, Sunflower, Nigella, Cornflower, Various Hosta’s, lily of the valley, grasses, heather, honeysuckle, dwarf cherry tree, oak trees, conifers, elephants ear…
🪴 Thyme, chives, lemon balm, oregano, mint, fennel, aubergines, various tomatoes, butternut squash, winter squash, kale, shallots, runner beans, french beans, red currants, black currents, various courgettes….
🪴House plants- spider plants, succulents, peace lily, African violet, Amaryllis, Christmas cactus….
🪴Garden items - pond plant baskets, strimmer, terracotta pot saucers, decorative garden items, vintage chimney pots, BNWT strawberry planter, nets….
Teas, coffee and home baking too! Xx

☀️🌸 Summer is here and alfresco time is being spent in our gardens 🌸☀️ There is a charity plant sale being held at Buttonmoon HQ on Sunday 31st May 12-4pm. Lots of perennials, alpines, herbaceous, veggies, herbs and giant sunflowers as well as much more! Teas and home-baking also being served.
