The Knitting Lady

The Knitting Lady The Knitting Lady has been knitting for nearly 50 years and has now decided to branch out........ Watch this space as they say!

Having knitted for home, family, friends and pets for years, The Knitting Lady is a new venture offering knitting classes and hand knitted items for the wider public. Keep an eye out on the page for items that are on offer, or that have been made in the past, for which you will be able to place an order. If you have an item you want making - contact The Knitting Lady to see if she can help. Please bear in mind that any item ordered will need time to be created, being hand-knitted means it will be worth the wait! If you are looking for knitting lessons and you are in Leicestershire please get in touch - if you are out of the area get in touch and I will try to find classes local to you.

The attention to detail on this is amazing 😍

The mysterious Syston Knitting Banxy has created this incredible postbox topper featuring the characters from Ghosts ahead of Halloween.

It’s that time of year again and this year I have started gut knitting early rather than trying to get it all done in just a couple of weeks!!!

Not a fan of the silver lamé yarn. Not nice in the hand and prone to split.

I am seriously thinking of changing this to the Sleeping Lady - I have been so ill and so tired with this chest infection that my knitting is weeks behind schedule :o
