🐝 Happy World Honey Bee Day! 🌻

Today, we are taking a moment to appreciate some of the hardest workers in nature. Did you know that honey bees are responsible for pollinating about a third of the food we eat? From the fruit on our plates to the wildflowers in our countryside, these tiny heroes keep our ecosystem alive and thriving.

🍯 Come and label our jars with me!

🍯 200 jars. 200 labels. One pair of hands.

Today's job is hand labelling every single jar.

No fancy machine. No conveyer belt. No clever gadgets.

Just peel, line up, stick, repeat...200 times! 😮

Then we wait for the next batch of jars to arrive....and do it all again!

What a weekend it's been!

After two very long, hot days our summer harvest is extracted. We are very grateful to our hardworking determined little bees for giving us a whopping 320kg of pure golden honey!! The honey tastes absolutely bee-licious 😋
