I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who thanked us for our hard work and how much the shop had meant to them.Your kind words have truly touched our hearts.

And to my co-worker, my friend, Kirste Hall - as we approach our last day of working together, I just want to say thank you. The last few years of working with you have been an absolute pleasure. We've shared so many laughs and you've been not just a great friend , but also a wonderful PA too. So, thanks kirste.

Hello

Its with a heavy heart. After 37 wonderful years, we've made the difficult decision to close our beloved store. We're retiring, and although we're excited for what's next, it's hard to say goodbye to a place that's been a part of our lives for so long.

We've been so lucky to be a part of your celebrations, to share in your tough times, and to be a cornerstone in our little community. We tried to find someone to carry on our legacy, but unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you, our loyal customers, and our fabulous suppliers. You've been the driving force behind our desire to bring the best and latest stock to Millom all these years. From our humble beginnings as a market stall selling jewellery, to the thriving shop we've run for the past 37 years, it's been an absolute privilege.

We've adapted to ever-changing markets, changed our stock with demand, and worked long hours, often missing family time. It's been a challenging but rewarding journey, with people-pleasing at the heart of everything we do.

Now, it's time for us to step back and focus on family. It's a hard decision, one we didn't make lightly. But we're looking forward to what's next.

In the coming weeks, we'll be offering discounts throughout the store. It's our way of saying thank you for your unwavering support over the years.

Thank you for everything. We'll miss you all.
