Dear Valued Customers,
I am writing this with a heavy heart and mixed emotions as I share some important news regarding Letterbox Smiles Bakes.
Over the past four years, it has been my pleasure and privilege to serve you with delicious traybakes. Your support and loyalty have been the driving force behind our success, and for that, I am truly grateful.
Regrettably, however, I must inform you that Letterbox Smiles Bakes will be ceasing to trade with immediate effect and will close for the foreseeable future. This decision comes as a result of a recent personal development that has a significant impact on the operations of the business. After discovering that I am gluten intolerant, I know how extremely difficult it will be to bake regularly - surrounded by all the products I love but am unable to taste or quality control. Sadly, I am also not in a position where I can change the business to the supply of gluten free traybakes at this point in time.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and it is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to you all for now. As many of you know, Letterbox Smiles Bakes has been a labour of love, dedicated to crafting delicious traybakes and serving our wonderful customer community. I want to express my sincerest gratitude for your support over the years and I hope that you understand this decision. It has been a pleasure serving you, and I have cherished every moment of being a part of your celebrations and everyday moments.
