Who wants to see more of our Pro Mod drag car? 🔥

We’ve been hard at work changing a LOT of the setup, and we thought it was time to start sharing what we’ve been up to.

One of the biggest changes has been swapping the G-Force 2000 5-speed sequential gearbox for a race-built TH400, paired with a Hughes Performance torque converter.

With the change, we can no longer spool the Precision Turbo & Engine Pro Mod 94mm effectively, so for now we’ve stepped down to a PTE 7275.

But that’s only temporary…

The plan is to move towards a compound or sequential turbo setup!

Plenty more changes to come, so keep an eye out… 🔥

We fabricated a custom sports downpipe for this big power RS3!

This car has previously been in for one of our full cat back systems, and now we’ve completed the downpipe too. This should help the car breathe more freely and unleash even more of that unmistakable DAZA soundtrack!

Something we don't usually get in the workshop!

This is an absolutely stunning V12 Jaguar E-Type that came in to us for smaller centre silencers. This has managed to improve the sound quality and volume of this V12, without making it too loud or droney!

The car has now left us to have a few other bits completed, including some interior work and bodywork. Once these bits are finished, it will be ready for the owner to drive and enjoy.

We had previously fitted a full exhaust system to this Seat Leon Cupra. However, after a bit of use, the owner found it to be a little too loud.

To solve this, we have fabricated and fitted two silencers to reduce the volume slightly. The tone is still there and the car is still loud, but it is now at the perfect level for everyday use!

We’ve now completed fabrication of this compound turbo kit for this insane drag car! The kit has been fabricated from titanium to help save weight. With drag cars, every bit of weight matters, so using titanium will help improve both times and performance.

Titanium is a great material if you’re after a super-lightweight exhaust system. It’s incredibly strong and, over time and through repeated heat cycles, the titanium itself will change colour, developing blue, purple and bronze tones. 🔥
