STAFF VACANCY:
An opportunity has arisen to join MK PLY LINING LTD, in Bletchley, as an assembler.
We specialise in the manufacturing ply lining, plywood racking and bespoke storage solutions for commercial vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Assembling of CNC machined plywood racks, shelving and storage solutions.
- Perform reasonably heavy lifting of materials and finished products (sometimes up to 30KG).
- Utilising wood working tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing wood.
- Installation of the plywood products to commercial vehicles.
- Installation of roof bars, roof racks and other accessories to commercial vehicles.
Some general workshop duties will be included.
Full training is given.

We ask that you have a willingness to learn, are able to work to a level of accuracy, the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Have a safety-conscious approach to work.
Must be physically fit and able to lift reasonably heavy loads.

This is a full time position, working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00am - 4:30pm.
20 days paid holiday annum (plus bank holidays).

Due to our increased workload at MK Ply Lining we are looking for someone to join our workshop/manufacturing team.
Duties: Building/assembling/installation of our plywood racks for commercial vehicles.
Installation of roof bars/roof racks to commercial vehicles.
General workshop duties will include keeping areas tidy, seeing orders into the building & storing away.
Required: Minimum 2 years wood work experience.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm.

Recently installed this set-up in an L2 Nissan Interstar:
12mm Hexa Grip floor, 4mm Polyline Bubble side panels & wheel boxes, with Steel racking/work bench to both off & near sides.
The 12mm Hexa Grip & Polyline Bubble are an alternative to standard ply lining.
