I recently hit the big 4-0😮☺️ I’m not big on celebrating my birthday and usually keep it super simple. What I thought was going to be a lovely, low key little family bbq, turned out to be this big birthday surprise with our wonderful family, many of our sweet friends, and my lovely mum who flew in from Poland to celebrate with us!🥰 There may or may not have been tears (swipe for my reaction)🥹😭
I honestly have no idea how Sam managed to plan and keep it all under wraps (I think he had a very stressful couple of weeks😂), but he absolutely smashed it - I truly married THE best of the best😍 Thank you, Jesus!🥹🙌🏻
I’m so grateful for our wonderful family who worked hard every weekend for the past month to make their garden ready for the day, our gorgeous niece who baked the most beautiful and delicious birthday cake, our sweet friends who brought their garden furniture / cooked / came in early to help with prep and grill / took time of their busy lives to be there, my amazing sister who actually took time off work to prep and coordinate it all🥹 And, last but not least, a big thank you to my beautiful, talented floral gals The Floral Journey & Romae (Wedding Florist) who flowered up every corner of the space so beautifully😍👏🏻
I’m getting emotional again as I write this, because I just feel so loved - I’m so incredibly blessed with the most amazing people in my life🥹 God is so good and I have to say, the view from the 4th floor is pretty awesome😁🥰🙌🏻
