For me Monday morning is all about setting up the plan for the week ahead. Grabbing a coffee and my trusty notebook, I check out what the latest news trends are, are there any awareness days coming up that are appropriate to share.
I also take time to think about how I can help my customers this week make their life more organised and reduce that overwhelm of the Monday to do list.
Here are my 5 Top Tips to bring you focus
1) Write down everything that is on your to do list, and yes it maybe long but don't panic.
2) Take a look at what you did not achieve last week and decide whether you need to carry it over into this week or can it be pushed back.
3) Start grouping your tasks together so you can be totally focused on it rather than racing from one thing to the next and not thinking it through. You will be more efficient with your time.
4) Prioritise - What really needs to be done this week and what is the real impact of you not achieving it.
5) Enjoy crossing things off your list.
