These drift wood hearts are a labour of love! They take hours to make. All the drift wood is hand collected from our local Somerset beaches on our walks with the dogs, then washed & dried.
They are beautiful and look so homely on the wall too. I have made quite a few as commissions for weddings, anniversaries & new home gifts.

So what to do with 2 knee injuries & terrible weather? The weather has put a stop to outside work, so means workshop time!! YAY!
Please welcome 2 new additions to the pop art gallery for the new centre in Somerset.
All the pictures have been made using plywood destined for landfill. The ply has been collected & graded for different uses. Some of the ply is used for our mountain range flute stands, some for the pop art the rest is waiting for the magic to take place!
This is part of our upcycle programme which started with using old leather jackets for beautiful leather pouches, they too were thrown away from charity shops then destined for landfill.
Flute stands are on sale now either for a single flute or a double flutes with any words of your choice burnt into the side of the base. PM if interested, they can be posted!
