What’s in a name?

Well, before my house was a home it was the Berea Chapel built in 1861. Sadly it ceased to be used and stood derelict until it was converted into a unique house and become our dream home in 2018. The building was renamed but the plaque pictured here is featured above the entrance. It felt fitting to name my skin care brand after the original building.

Does anyone remember the Berea Chapel in Treuddyn, Flintshire? I would love to hear about your memories.

Hello! My name is Clare and today I’m taking a brave step forward and launching my own brand of handmade natural soaps to my Facebook friends and family. I have been using natural skin care brands for a while now and decided to start making my own back in August 2021. Little did I know how tricky it would be! I have learnt so much through trial and error over the last few months and I am now at the point where I need my friends and family to help test the soaps.
