Your Fitbox Run Club!

The sun came out for us, the miles were done and we finished things off with some very good coffee and a taste of the new seasonal specials at Waves Coffee Bar & Patisserie

RUN • SAUNA • TREAT

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for our Run, Sauna & Treat. A little run, a lot of sweating and the perfect post run treat. Honestly, what more could you want on a Saturday morning?!

A huge thank you to Waves Coffee Bar & Patisserie & H3O Beach Saunas who made today happen and to all of you who came along and made it such a good one. We’d LOVE to do more events like this, so let us know if you’d be up for joining us again!

Your Fitbox Run Club Red, White & Blue Party!

Another brilliant morning by the sea. A huge thank you to for hosting us once again! We went for the Pistachio overnight oats today and oh my goodness, they were good!

Thank you to everyone who came to run today and those who joined us afterwards for a coffee and a catch-up. That’s what our run club is all about. We hope you enjoyed your prizes from we love sharing the best brands on the market with you all, so let us know what you think!

We’ve teamed up with and to bring our community the ultimate recovery experience with the tastiest of treats.

Your Fitbox Run Club

Fun in the sun, showing up for ourselves and each other! A gorgeous girly morning catch up in the sunshine and the best reminder that girls supporting girls really is unmatched.

When I knew a few people were busy and couldn’t make it today, part of me thought about cancelling. But then I reminded myself that I deserve to show up for me just as much as I show up for all of you. And I’m so glad we did!

No pressure, no expectations, just moving our bodies, getting outside, and starting the weekend around good energy and even better people. As always, huge thank to for hosting us! We tried the biscoff overnight oats and a protein, cappuccino frappe this morning and wow!

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Sweat & Slice social. Can you believe it’s already been a whole year since our first S&S social?! So nice to see old friends and new friends coming together for two things we love, running and of course pizza! This is what it’s all about.
