Good evening folks, I'm posting up a message below written by Mr mair to everyone as he wanted to thank you all for his years of great custom and support!
Well great folk of Motherwell, customers past and present, after 37 years and approaching my 80th birthday the time has come for me to hang up my apron and finally retire. So from January 15th I have sold the business to another Lanarkshire butchering family and I wish them all the best.
I am leaving with a heavy heart but I would like to thank all the staff and friends who supported me, and especially Andy Tollan who has been a fantastic manager, ably supported by his son David and many other great butchers over the years. Also thanks to the girls in the front of shop who served our many loyal customers over the years. It was a pleasure every day serving our fantastic customers over the last 37 years and I wish you all health and happiness and I thank you all for your support and making our business a great success.
